Products and Shipping

The products listed in the online store are available for purchase. However, in the event that a product ordered is not available, the customer will be notified once your order is processed.

Claims on orders received by the customer must be within 24 hours of receiving the products. The client must send a damaged product photo or substantial evidence to process the claim. The shipping cost of the product returned to Gridt Beauty is the customer’s responsibility. Used products cannot be exchanged for hygiene purposes.

An order can be cancelled either by email or by phone only if it has not been processed or shipped.
