Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in a new condition The item must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase or order number enclosed in the package. Customers are liable for their returns cost. Gridt Beauty does not provide free returns.

Refunds

Once your item is received, it will be assessed for eligibility of refund. If the item is suitable for refund, this will be processed via the original mode of payment. You should expect a refund within 3 working days.

Additional Shipping Information

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us due to your unavailability, you are liable for the shipping costs. We will not be liable for parcel replacements where you have entered a wrong address on your order. You must ensure that your shipping address is correct as parcels already delivered to shipping addresses are deemed fulfilled.
