1. Are the products completely natural?
All of Gridt Beauty’s products are completely natural.
2. Do the products contain safe amount of alpha hydroxy acids?
Yes, all products are fully tested and considered safe for use. We use lactic acid at a maximum percentage of 15%.
3. What type of results should I expect from using the products?
Some customers may experience significant reduction in dark spots, hyperpigmentation marks, a more even and brighter skin tone. Also, younger looking skin with less fine lines and wrinkles. Bearing in mind
that there might be additional benefits of a firmer looking skin.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, your item will automatically be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Therefore we are only able to cancel orders within 6 hours of your order being placed. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that are requested after this time period. If you would like your money refunded, you must send the product back to us in its original condition at your own cost once you receive it.
5. Why do I feel a burning sensation when I apply the lactic acid and/or malic acid product?
Some not all customers may experience a slight sensation when using products that contain alpha hydroxy acids like lactic acid and malic acid. This should normally wear off within a few seconds. Alpha hydroxy acids helps to exfoliate dead skin cells and penetrates into the skin layer to aid in skin renewal.
For this reason, results are much faster and more visible within a few weeks of use. It is important to do a patch test and discontinue use if there is any irritation or uncomfortable sensation. It is not advisable to use alpha hydroxy acid products on broken or sensitive skin.
*** It is also very important to use generous amount of sunscreen at day time to prevent sun burn and skin damage.
6. Is the Lumi Bright Range Hydroquinone free?
Yes, all our products are completely free of hydroquinone and steroids. Our products will not give stretch marks, green veins or blotchy skin. They are all made from natural derivatives.
7. Which products will you recommend for a severely damaged skin?
It depends on what has caused the skin damage. For chronic skin discolourations, sun burn and uneven skin tones. We recommend the Lumi bright range of products . The full kit consists of soap, face serum, face cream and extreme lotion.
8. What is your refund policy?
